Despegar, Latin America's biggest Online Travel Agency with presence in +20 countries, needed to maximize reach and manage campaign frequency to decrease overlap between multiple digital marketing channels for their most important branding campaign of the year featuring Shakira. We implemented DV360's Media Unification tool to establish overall frequency control across video media types, prioritizing reach over exposure while maintaining optimal viewing rates for the 60-second commercial across premium YouTube formats, CTV, and display inventory.
